Algeria:
"Population is 35.5 million; Capital is Algiers with 2.8 million. Pray for continued growth of the Algerian church. There is no other Arab country, as far as we know, that has seen as many Muslims follow Christ as this one. A number of the national Christians have been to mission conferences in other countries, sharing their vision for their Jerusalem and the rest of the world. Canada has about 34 million, with at least one million believers, we believe. So Algeria’s possibly 100,000 Christians out of 35.5 million leaves plenty of room for growth."
