“My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.” - James 3: 1-2, KJV

This Week for Prayer & Praise

Please contact the church office if you
have a prayer request to
be posted here.

Pray for Our People:

This week:

  • Jordan, Rose
  • Kannokko, Jim & Amy

Prayer Requests:

  • Continue to pray for Bill Evans, Sr. whose health is a concern due to liver problems.
  • There is a possible opening for Bill Evans, Jr. in his trucking company, which would be a better job. Ask the Lord to provide it for him.

Pray for the Harvest:

Pray for the Lord to bring us new people, or lead us to those who need Christ during the summer months.  Let’s begin to ask God to bring one person per month to saving faith in Jesus Christ. One per month is so small in a city of about 1.1 million, the majority of whom have no idea what the peace of God is.

Persecuted Christians:

Pray for those Christians around the world who suffer for their faith and pray for salvation for those who are persecuting them:

  • Ugandan girl tortured by her father for her faith, walks again.
  • Two imprisoned Christians in Pakistan released.
  • Church leaders in Sudan may face arrest.
  • New laws in Azerbaijan attempt to repress the gospel.
  • Christians raise voice for North Korean believers.
